Shipping & Returns
Everything about delivery times, shipping costs and the returns policy of Royal Lighting for trade customers.
Delivery time
Orders placed on working days before 4pm are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days. This delivery time is indicative; no rights can be derived from stated delivery times.
Items delivered on a made-to-order basis may have a longer lead time. We will inform you of this at the time of your order or quote.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the size of your order. For quotes, shipping costs are included in the quote.
Delivery to a project address
Besides delivery to your company address, delivery to a project address is possible. Provide the desired delivery address at checkout or state this in your quote request.
Checking on receipt
Please check the shipment for visible damage and correctness of the delivered items immediately on receipt. Transport damage or discrepancies must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt to [email protected], with photos of the damage and packaging where possible.
Returns procedure for trade customers
Because Royal Lighting supplies trade customers only, no statutory right of withdrawal applies. Returns are only possible with prior written consent. The procedure is as follows:
- Report your return request by email to [email protected], stating the order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return number and instructions for the return shipment from us.
- Returns are only accepted if the items are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Custom-made products and items ordered specially for you cannot be returned. See our Terms and Conditions for the full terms.
