How quickly will my order be delivered?

Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 24 hours. Within Europe, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. For deliveries outside Europe, please contact our sales department.

Which carrier do you ship with?

For the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg we ship with TransMission. For other EU countries and international shipments, the carrier depends on the size of the order.

Will I receive tracking details with my order?

Yes. You will receive the tracking code by email. Nothing received within 24 hours? Check your spam folder as well.

What is LED retrofit?

LED retrofit means replacing conventional light sources (such as fluorescent tubes) with LED equivalents in the existing fitting, without major changes to the installation.

What are the advantages of LED retrofit?

Retrofit is cost-effective and quick to install: you save energy straight away without replacing complete luminaires.

What are the drawbacks of LED retrofit?

Compared with complete LED luminaires, the lifespan is shorter and thermal management is less effective. The CE marking of the original fitting may also become invalid. We advise for each situation whether retrofit or replacement is the better choice.

Can I work with Royal Lighting as an installer or wholesaler?

Yes. We work with installers nationwide and are active in several countries. Get in touch to discuss the options and a business proposal.

Do you also supply consumers?

No, our range is available exclusively to professional installers and business customers with an approved account.

Do you also handle the installation?

We can. The choice is yours: installation by your own electrician or by our experienced team.
